When can I gain access to my booth?
Your virtual booth will be accessible to attendees on (November 19th) but to exhibitors on (October 8th) for setup. This means you can start building your profile, services, listing your staff and uploading videos and links for sessions starting on (September 30th).
How many days can attendees visit my virtual booth?
The peak of visits and face-to-face interactions with attendees will take place over the three days of the event (November 19-21), however, your booth will be accessible for 120 days following. We also encourage you to take a look at the platform for any messages from attendees that you might have missed.
Which web browsers support this virtual conference?
We strongly recommend using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browsers. Due to limitations within Zoom, attendees in Safari, Firefox, or other browsers may experience difficulty.
What’s included in my booth?
You will be given access to manage your virtual booth and will be able to update your logo, profile, add website links, videos, searchable tags, downloadable collateral, and manage polls. In addition, you will have the ability to host virtual networking booth meetings from within your booth.
Notification will be visible on the event platform for all attendees by clicking the bell icon and then be stored in the notification tab.
How will attendees find my booth?
You will be listed on the exhibitor page of the website as well as on the main program page.
